Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads
- Drive high activity outbound demand generation campaigns in target accounts and target vertical markets
- Ability to demo, articulate and sell the Kyte value proposition
- Partner with field sales team to convert qualified opportunities into meetings
- Manage and maintain CRM database (Saleforce.com)

Requirements

Client Services Lead, East Coast

Kyte seeks a qualified client services professional to lead our east coast client engagement activities, including management of Kyte integrations and providing technical pre-sales support. We’re looking for a seasoned pro with proven technical expertise and preferably some media industry knowledge.
The position is full-time and you’ll be based out of your home office in the New York City area.
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of customer’s Kyte integration from requirement gathering to release
- Ability to manage customer expectations and guide the integration to successful completion
- Ability to translate customer requirements into Kyte platform needs and communicate with Product Management
- Working closely with Engineering, QA, product management and external Kyte partner teams to meet project goals
- Working with customers on day-to-day issues during implementation and after release
- Configuring the Kyte platform and coding specific integrations based on customer needs
- Providing technical expertise, creating demos and proof-of-concept solutions during the pre-sales process
- Ability to sell the technical value proposition of the Kyte platform
- Create and manage SOWs (preferred)
- Ensuring account success (user experience, monetization, etc.)
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- BS/BA 4 year University
- Experience with Java, PhP, HTML and Javascript
- Thorough understanding of SaaS-based architectures and web services APIs

The position is full-time and you’ll be working out of our offices overlooking Union Square in San Francisco.

- Achieving revenue quota, pipeline and forecast
