The Challenge

Students.ch, Switzerland’s most popular service platform for students, needed an easy to use and powerful solution to elevate the social experience of their users beyond simple pictures and text.

Building their own solution would be too costly and time consuming, and the other technologies they evaluated simple didn’t have the features needed, including:

The Solution

The Kyte platform met all of the Students.ch requirements and more, enabling the popular service to integrate an advanced and easy-to-use social communications platform, customized to their particular needs, in less than eight weeks.

  • My channels: overview of the channels owned by the signed-in user.
  • Facts & Figures: Shows how many members have added a channel and the total of all shows.
  • Tutorial Channel: Quick link to the tutorial video. The tutorial video is uploaded
    on the Kyte Support channel which offers a 24/7 chat support.

Show Overview:

  • Latest shows
  • most watched shows
  • Best rated shows

Whichever channel gets selected it will always be played in the channel in the middle.

Email Alert

Each students.ch member gets an email alert as soon as a confirmed friend has produced a new show.
