Why don’t I see the option to record video or audio in the Kyte mobile application?
If you don’t see the menu option for QuickVid or QuickAudio this means that your phone does not allow Java applications to record video and/or audio. Note that you can still record video with your phone’s built-in camera application and then send the file to your channel’s email address ( (note: if the channel requires a passcode, use , where 1234 is the passcode)).
